A Welcome Visit

This month saw Dave Clarke (Construction Lead, Storagemart) visit the site of our partnership on their latest storage facility in Toronto, located at 345 Danforth Road.

Dave was able to see first had that construction has been progressing at a pace over the last month with siding, roofing, curtain wall and glass installation totally transforning the space and culminating with the installation of storage locker framing on the 6th floor.

Interior works will dominate the next 3 months as locker installation and drywall are installed through the buillding. In parallel, site services are scheduled to be installed in the coming month which will facilitate the completion of exterior on the south and west elevations and enable landscaping and ground works to commence.
