ROSSCLAIR completed an interior renovation project with Scotiabank for the interior floor renovations to allow for new offices, new meeting rooms, and a café. The project included demolition, new partitions, ceiling, paint throughout, flooring, mechanical, life safety, electrical work, and the installation of an interconnecting staircase between floors.
