Scotia Bank The Commons

A complete rebuild of the existing Scotia cafeteria to a modern food facility with public common spaces. Our team worked on connecting two buildings and a complete renovation for the adjusted spaces. Food processing equipment, associated HVAC system, piping system, IT infrastructure and cabling, new electrical distribution system, and structural modifications to support new equipment were performed by our team of professionals. This project included the installation of high-end finishes and lighting for common spaces meanwhile showcasing pristine workmanship illustrated through top-quality finishes.
