From an existing warehouse, ROSSCLAIR transformed the space by providing change rooms, washrooms, and separate workout areas with specialized flooring and mirrored walls. Fully efficient offices were constructed and all Life Safety systems were upgraded to meet Building Code for the gym's functionality needs.
