Structural and architectural modifications were made to accommodate the intended use of space as a Brewery. Mechanical and electrical upgrades were completed to house brewing equipment. Additionally, ROSSCLAIR was tasked to build a small retail area, a tasting space, offices, and a boardroom within the facility.
